Wow, if you missed the
Walking Phoenixes Virtual Concert Birthday Bash of Johnny Cash & June Carter on February 26th, you missed something special. It was if they were playing
right in your living room, which they were! You can watch a clip of the
band's performance
here.
Before the February show, it was announced that Worthington &* Caron
donated $50,000 to cancer research at The Pacific Heart, Lung & Blood
Institute.
The virtual concert was a huge hit! There was not a negative review in
the house!
- "The Walking Phoenixes were really good!"
- "They were amazing!"
- "We really enjoyed the show!"
- "The band was incredibly good and having freebies to give away is
fun, as well. Nice job to all! A great time! Thanks!"
So, guess what?! They are back for a
second virtual concert scheduled for Saturday, March 27th. That's right,
you can relive or enjoy for the first time an experience of Johnny Cash!
Once again, the concert will also feature special guest appearances by
James Kruk (paying tribute to Elvis Presley), Irish dancer & choreographer Kennedy
McGill and actor Bill Dempsey Young.
Something new this concert will be line dancing, which we encourage you
to participate at home! It will be fun!
This virtual concert will take place on March 27 from 7-8 PM (PST).
