Daughter Of Mesotheliotic

Mr. Worthington,

I am a 36 year old whose mother died of mesothelioma at the age of 72, almost three years ago. She worked in a factory in Michigan a long time ago and that is where it planted it's seed. Of course our family knew nothing about mesothelioma until she was diagnosed almost five years ago. The doctors told her she would only make it a year, but she proved them wrong and lived for two. She was a very strong individual and that is where I get my strength now.

The last three months of her life where the worst. It was the most difficult thing I have ever and will ever have to go through. I took care of my mother, administered her medications, made all decisions, fed her, took care of my brothers, my father and anyone else that needed it. I am writing to you not to give you my sob story but to thank you for the information you have given too so many through your web page. I found your page after my mother had died but it helped me get through a very difficult time. I learned a lot from the information that it posted and helped me make other people aware of the dangers of asbestos. people think that because there are all these problems with it that they have stopped manufacturing products with asbestos and that it has all disappeared from the earth. I was actually surprised how many products on the market now still contain some type of asbestos.

Again I would like to thank you for your help and if you have any questions please feel free to email at bevrb@medione.net.

Sincerely,

Beverly Rose-Bennnett
