DEQ 2012 analysis of data (concentrations/trends) from 7 groups of wells regularly tested that include
DEQ's LUBGWMA Well Network; Food Processor and App Sites; Three Mile
Canyon Farms Wells; Public Supply Wells; Synoptic Sampling Events; Depot
Landfill Wells; Real Estate Transaction Database (OHA staff noted "a
shoebox of data statewide; 10-20% comply"). Conclusion: "LUBGWMA
Action Plan (first) measure of success that calls for decreasing nitrate
concentrations through the GMA by the end of 2009 was not met."
